(I'm)perfect: Mindfulness for perfectionists is a 5-week personal leadership and development program that supports you in rewriting your relationship with perfectionism.
Whether you’ve held perfectionism as a badge of honour or it’s been a burden of insecurity in your life, this program will help you understand how you relate to achievement and failure. You will gain mindful and self-compassion practices which will support you in bringing your self-expression to the world.
We know that....
Every day we face expectations of perfectionism, whether we realize it or not.
Our lives are peppered with advertising that tells us that we are not good enough.
We don't know how to be kind to ourselves when we fail.
Perfectionism holds people back from expressing the best in themselves.
We are burning out in pursuit of perfection when "perfect" doesn't exist!
What we deem as perfect in our lives will change - and that's not easy!
This course is for you if...
You want to learn how your relationship with perfectionism is holding you back.
You're curious about your unique relationship with perfectionism.
You want to develop tangible and transferable mindfulness & self-compassion skills.
You want to handle "failure" better.
You want to navigate change better.
You want to create spaces where innovation and collaboration thrive.
You want to function highly, using your perfectionism to your advantage.
You want to go from overwhelmed and burnt out to powerful self-expression.
How does it work?
Each (I'm)perfect session is professionally-led group facilitation, bolstered by self-led learning opportunities via our learning hub.
The community learning is reinforced with optional (and encouraged) solo exploration allowing you to engage in a way that feels best for you as a learner. We like that.
